Work with me

I’m a registered neuroaffirming therapist who works from a pluralistic perspective, blending person-centred, psychodynamic, and neurodivergence-informed approaches. I am a member of the BACP and I hold a recognised double Masters degree in counselling from the University of Edinburgh. What that really means is: I tailor therapy to you. Because no two minds — and no two healing journeys — are ever the same.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve been dismissed, misunderstood, or let down in the past. But over time, it can become something different — a space where you feel safe enough to exhale, reflect, and begin to reconnect with yourself.

My priority is to create that kind of space: one where you don’t have to mask or shrink yourself to be accepted. A space where you can explore the parts of yourself you’ve hidden away, and begin to let go of the shame that never belonged to you in the first place. With the right support, it’s possible to stop performing and start being — maybe for the first time in your life.

Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and real. I bring both lived experience and clinical training to the work we do together. I’m here to help you process big emotions, challenge old narratives, and begin shaping a life that feels more honest, spacious, and aligned with who you truly are.

Some of the areas I support clients with include:

  • Low confidence and self-esteem

  • Feeling stuck, lost, or lacking purpose

  • Depression and low mood

  • Imposter syndrome

  • Burnout

  • Identity struggles

  • Relationship breakdowns

  • Difficulty setting or maintaining boundaries

  • Chronic shame

Sessions are held weekly and take place online, offering flexibility and access from the comfort of your own space.
