Therapy that helps you heal, unmask and come home to yourself.
Hi there,
I’m Amber
I’m so happy to meet you!
I am a neurodivergent therapist with 5 years of experience. I hold a Master’s in Counselling from the University of Edinburgh, and I work with people who are ready to understand themselves with more kindness and less pressure, and feel more empowered in their lives and choices.
I offer online therapy that’s:
Person-centred (you lead the way)
Neuroaffirming (no shame, no fixing)
Grounded in curiosity and compassion
In our work together, we might explore things like:
Self-esteem, identity & masking
Burnout, imposter syndrome & low mood
Boundaries, relationships & chronic shame
There’s no expectation to unmask or know exactly what you want from therapy. We’ll go at your pace, taking time to understand what’s happening for you and building trust as we go.
"Amber was incredibly warm and welcoming, she put me at ease and worked with me in a way that suited my needs. This allowed me to find a new confidence in myself and reset my boundaries.’’

About me
You can’t shame yourself into coping better
I’m a neuroaffirming therapist who supports people in letting go of shame and reconnecting with who they truly are.
For years, I tried to fit into a world that didn’t make space for my neurodivergence — until I realised I didn’t need fixing.
That realisation changed everything, and today, it’s at the heart of both my work and my passion: helping people embrace their differences, trust themselves, and find freedom in living life on their own terms.
Work with me
No two brains — or healing journeys — are the same.
I offer tailored one-to-one therapy that meets you where you are. My work is grounded in person-centred, psychodynamic, and neurodivergence-informed approaches, and focuses on helping you feel understood and more regulated, so shame can soften and change can unfold at a manageable pace.
I work with adults navigating self-doubt, burnout, identity struggles, and big emotions. Sessions are weekly or fortnightly and held online, offering a steady space where you can show up exactly as you are.
